What can I find at Kitchenspace?
Our facilities are furnished with stainless steel bench tops and trolleys, which can be easily moved around to create the set-up you want. We provide commercial ovens, gas and electric hobs, a brat pan, a mixer, wash facilities and Hygiene solutions, as well as gas hot water, dry store, chiller and freezer space. Any equipment specific to your operation including utensils and cookware are not provided - this means you police your own dishwashing skills and any chance of cross contamination is limited to your own operation. Dry-store and cool-store are available at no extra cost throughout the time Kitchenspace is used, and can be arranged longer term if needed, on application.
Our Main Kitchen and Side Kitchens are designed to accommodate different kinds of operations and budgets. The Main Kitchen offers more space, two ovens, a commercial dish sanitiser and bigger equipment generally. The Side Kitchen has gas hobs and is easier to clean and move around for less people.
